LOR Evaluation Matching Form

OK,

SO I'm ready to turn my application in to AADSAS...

But...

My application checklist shows a checkmark next to all the folders (biographic information, work experience, dentistry experience, etc.) except for the LOR/EVALUATOR matching form.

I've printed the LOR Matching Form to turn into my undergrad pre-health committee, but did everyone else's application checklist show the same thing?

How do you make sure that you've completed that foler for Evaluation Matching Form???

I don't think that box is checked until AADSAS has received all of your LORs.
