Hello
I was wondering if you need to ask each and every single one of your recommenders to fill out that form on the AADSAS application even if you are getting all of your LOR's sent to your Pre-Health Committee. So I will already have a committee letter and a form from my committee filled out, do I need to go back to each one of my professors and ask them to fill this form out? And Do I need to list each one of my professors on the AADSAS application? Or can I just put in the prehealth office's Name??
