Hello, I'm not sure if this has been asked before but I shadowed a dentist and he wrote me a letter of recommendation. I'm just wondering if I can mail the letter myself or do I have to give him the matching form and he mails it? I'd rather just do it myself but I hear AADSAS is picky about things like this.

He should probably mail the letter himself (on his letterhead) just the make sure the letter is confidential. Just get him to use the matching form.
