I am thinking of getting an LOR for a professor with whom I've had moderate contact. However, I have had a very high amount of contact with the TA for the class I had the professor for (if that makes sense). How strong would the letter be if the professor wrote me the LOR but the professor consulted the TA and inside the LOR the professor subtly states that he/she consulted the TA?

It would be fine if the professor even quotes pertinent lines from the TA's evaluation within his letter, since it would make his letter stronger.

If there's one thing that makes a letter strong, it's subterfuge.

It's common for others to have input (either indirectly or directly) into LORs. You're overthinking this. Just my thoughts
What if the TA writes the letter? Then the professor signs it?
