LOR from surgeons??

what type of advantages would LORs from a surgeon (who used to be a professor at the univ of miami med school) and an anesthesiologist have for me? i work in an OR and have become great friends with these doctors who have said they would be more than happy to write a LOR for me, as well as my boss who is the head of the operating room. i have know them for the past 5 years.

I think it would be great, you are showing that docs think you do a great job you know? Plus who would know more about you having the potential to be a great doc, than a doc himself 🙂
