I would suggest just uploading them to AACOMAS and you'll have no issues. If you have some of them on interfolio, look at this to send them correctly How can I use Interfolio's Dossier Deliver for my medical or dental school application? | Help for Medical and Dental School Applicants | Support. I sent a few of mine from Interfolio, and they usually are uploaded to AACOMAS the same day

Interfolio works fine for AACOMAS.
Any additional information that schools want that AACOMAS doesn't request, they'll have you fill in.
A couple of my schools had me fill in my letter writers' info and then designate which letters.
Its honestly a pretty simple/easy to use system. They even check the letter for you to make sure its uploaded properly.
