LOR --- help!!

Hello everybody,

I have requested a LOR from my previous employer but they want me to provide a draft as they are too busy to start from scratch.

Does anyone know where I can find some LOR samples/templates?

Sounds shady to me. If I asked someone for a LOR and they replied they were too busy, I would ask someone else. If they want to support you, they will find the time. It may not be a very strong letter if they are too busy to write out 1 or 2 paragraphs. Jesus, it takes like 10 minutes. It is not ethical to write your own letter.
