Quick qes and I hope many of you won't get angry if it was asked a bizzilion times.
I see we can only send 4 letter or recomebdation out,
how many should be from the professors of your major and how many from the science depts, I was thinking of doing 2 from pre-dental classes, 1 from my major and 1 from the dentist I was shadowing, any suggestions
PS: Also since I am doing shadowing, how many hours is the average people do?

I think that's fine. You might want to check the specifics of each school you apply to to make sure that you meet the requirements.
