Ok sorry for that title...but I got a decent question. That LOR form doesn't need to be sent to the evaluators does it? They have already submitted their letters and they're all on file...will the letter service here at UF (anyone else here go to UF?) allow this? I think they wouldn't have a problem with me putting it around the letter...but who knows...
Second...I'm glad they ask you somewhere about your manual dexterity...11 years playing the guitar and piano surely can't hurt! hyuck hyuck hyuck! Will submit the app by Friday, is that too late? heh.

yes, that is very late. especially with your GPA, you only have chances at Harvard and Columbia.

and in regards to the LOR matching form, just give a copy to the pre-health committee.

Wow, way to late to applybetter consider 2007.

Did you all release your information to your post-secondary institution? Will it affect anything at all?

While the LOR matching form is designed to be enclosed with the LOR (and hence given to your recommendors/evaluators) in its envelope wrapping it around a sealed envelope is probably the next, best thing. The form is designed to enable AADSAS to correctly pair the LOR to your file. If your recommendors didn't include your SS# or use your full name then the LOR matching form becomes crucial for the process.

Is the LOR matching form necessary if the letters are going straight to the schools and not through AADSAS?

Probably less so, if that is the case. Regardless if you are sending your LOR's through AADSAS or directly to each school make sure your recommendors use your full name and avoid nicknames and if possible reference your AADSAS#, etc. so that if your matching form gets lost the chances of a correct pairing will be high.

Dexa, I asked Robert about it. My letters are in their office too. He told me to go see the professors gain and give them the forms. But I don't see their signatures are required. I don't see the point, but I still do what he said.

Hey, I need to talk to him...good guy. Anywho, I can't go find my professors last minute, I'm going to go to the office tomorrow and talk to someone there, this is ridiculous, they should be able to put the reccomenders envelope in another, along with the printed out LOR matching forms...SHEESH!

I don't see why we would need it because we aren't using aadsas for the LOR's. I was just going to send them straight to the dental schools through the letter service. We still need the form for that, I was under the impression that we didn't need it.

Hey, whats up? pm me about this...and how far you are into the app.
