Hi all, did a few searches but came up empty handed. I'm applying this cycle and will have a dentist lor, and one from my employer. Undergrad was ten years ago. I did complete an MBA in 2011, should I get a lor from one of my professors there? Or two dentists and two from my employer? I am a middle school science teacher so I can get a lor from my building principal and my district level curriculum specialist. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

I would maybe call up the schools you're interested in and see what they'll accept. I think all schools want at least one LOR vouching for your academic ability/capacity in the sciences. What's considered an acceptable source of that LOR will vary depending on the school. I was in a similar boat (undergrad 9 years ago), but fortunately had been working in a basic science research lab. Some schools were ok with one of my academic LORs coming from my PI, but others were not (insisted that I get a letter from a professor who's class I took).
