I am waiting on one more letter before I have all the LORs I need and it should be ready by this weekend. I received a secondary on the 25th, so it's already been a week. I have completed all parts of the secondary and it's ready to go. All of my other letters are with Interfolio. The school accepts AMCAS letters as well as Interfolio letters. What should I do so that this school recieves all my stuff ASAP? Should I just send the electronic secondary today and allow there to be a delay in the reception of the letters? How should I send the letters to the school? From interfolio to the school? Or from Interfolio to AMCAS to School? Which one is faster? Can schools see the letters on AMCAS immediately once AMCAS has received it? Or does AMCAS send it by snail mail to each school?

I am just worried that I am getting late since it's been a week since I received the secondary.

Settle down - you've only had the secondary for a week, that's not an extensively long period of time. If your application is ready, submit it now, if it's not and you'd like to review it some more - you can certainly do that while you wait on the other letter. I believe interfolio charges per delivery, so, since most schools participate in the AMCAS LOR system, it'd probably be easier and much cheaper to send ALL of the letters to AMCAS and then assign the letters appropriately depending on the school's LOR requirements. I imagine there is some delay in the school getting the letters whether they are sent via AMCAS or interfolio, but I doubt it really matters. In reality, the school probably isn't even reviewing applications quite yet.

I feel you I have 8 secondaries i need to send out, and I am waiting on a letter. The dude is on vacation, indefinitely. Should I send in my secondary without the letterS?

So will it make the slightest difference if I just delay submitting the application until just before they receive the letters?
