LoR procedure email from Optomcas

I have requested LoR for my old supervisor and she said she haven't received any email from Optomcas. It has been 4 days and I have been requested twice. Does anyone know how long it takes Optomcas to email her about LoR?

OptomCAS sent my emails to my evaluators immediately after I entered their contact info. Maybe try calling or emailing OptomCAS because it shouldn't take that long

I am having the same issue. One of my evaluators received and submitted the LOR already, but another told me they never got the email. I re-sent it to them, and told them to check their spam/junk folder.
