LOR procedure

Ok, so I already have a professor who has agreed to write me a LOR after I meet with him and do a mini-interview. I know I need to find out whether he prefers paper or electronic, but I am not completely sure how the LOR procedure works after this point..

-Does the evaluator matching form only become available when the app does (Jun 1)?
-What date should I give him as a deadline to complete it? It can only be mailed in once the matching form is available, right?
-How does the matching form situation work if the prof wants to send it electronically?

It's my understanding that you have to wait until June 1st to print out a LOR matching form if you decide to go the paper route or should you decide to do it through email then you have to wait until then to input his email into the portal system. I would ask him to hopefully have it done by late May because your deadline is June 1st, try to emphasize the importance of getting it in on time ASAP because AADSAS can be pretty slow at times. If you decide to go the electronic route he/she will get an email link asking him/her to follow a link and upload the document LOR. Hope that helps...
