I'm curious... if you want to get into Derm, you need 3 good LOR's right? OK so do ALL of them have to come from dermatologists? how about internists? because here's the deal: I'm thinking of applying to BOTH IM/and Derm so do I submit 6 LORs to ERAS/NRMP?!? 3 from IM and 3 from Derm... what if I want to apply to neurology as well?!? do I submit 9 letters GUYS HELP!?!?! PLEASE....
