I graduated from college in 2002, and I am just now applying to medical school. Are schools more lenient on their LOR recommendations if you have been out of school for a while? I have a recommendation from my current employer, a doctor for whom I did research, and a professor back at school. Do you think this will be sufficient for most schools?
