Hey guys

Just had a question about this co-sign thing.

So obviously all the UC's have huge class sizes and due to this fact, if I got a LOR from

my TA (GSI as it's called here at Berkeley) and had her co sign it with the prof, can this count as an academic LOR?

And also what difference is there between a cosigned letter vs a "TA input" letter?

Does the latter mean that it is only signed by the prof after he/she evaluates the letter written by the TA?

i don't think GSI cosigning would make an issue as to whether the letter status is academic/non-academic. its written from somebody who supervised/can attest to your performance in a class.
