LOR question

I was wondering how to send a LOR out of match. Should I have the writer send it directly to the program I am applying to? or should I obtain the LOR and send it myself?

Just ask the program.

Or you could just have your letter writer place it in an envelope and sign the envelope and send it yourself to make sure it gets done
