Do all LORs need to be ready by September 15 of your 4th year!? I'm assuming I'll be doing a few aways after that date, can I still upload LOR after that date? What's the deal here.
I don't even have a single verified and completed LOR as a third year and I'm starting to get worried. It doesn't help that I'm not 100% set on a specialty, so I should probably have "back-up" LORs.
