This may be a dumb question but here goes-I told my professors and the DO that I shadowed to go ahead and send the letters of rec that they had writtten for me. What kind of identification do they have to put on it? I'm sure it's a given that they would pu my first and last name, but what else should be included so the schools know whose file to put the letters in??

Your SS# would probably be a good idea. Maybe your b-day, too.

Most schools will figure it out with just your name, but you never know.

just to be safe, i'd call up the schools application dept and let them know! that may help eliminate some confusion.
