LOR Question

For my LOR's I have a committee letter with like 5 different LOR's, some schools require like 3 specific letters (2 professors, 1 dentist) etc. I have these letters in my committee letter, so do I have to call the school and specify the letters, or will they be smart enough to figure it out? Anyone in the same boat as me? I could really use some advice. Thanks
