I was wondering if any of you had any advice about doc's that are super slow to write LORs? Have any of you offered to write it for the doc and have them sign it? how many times in general do you email and remind them before you just give up and realize they were lying when they said they would love to?

I used to write a thank you letter about a two weeks after I requested a LOR. That way I was being gracious, and reminding them at the same time. If a month passed and no sign of it, I would call.
