Sorry if this is a repeat Question but i didnt see anythingabout it on the forums. I was wanting my Computer Science teacher to do a letter of recommendation for me to fulfill the "nonscience" letter. But he does not have his Ph.D. Do you know if this will hurt the way they look at the letter. He just has his masters, but teaches quite a few courses..up to 300 level, just like regular Ph.D. teachers do.

Thanks

I don't think that would be a big deal at most schools, but I would ask your teacher if there is someone higher up on the food chain who has a PhD that could cosign the letter.

alright, yea I wasn't really sure, but thanks.. i will see if he can have like the head of the CS department sign it w/ him...
