Hello guys!
I got two letters of rec from two of my math teachers.
1 from my volunteer supervisor
and another from my english professor.
The thing is, I have to wait till June for my orgo professor to come back from his sabbatical leave to Europe.
Also, it will be June when I get another science letter of rec.
Can you guys tell whether or not math profs count as science profs?

I'm pretty sure math doesn't count. Science LORs usually mean biology/chemistry professors as far as I know...some schools allow 1 "other" letter, but if they don't specify having a letter from a dentist, I would use the "other" letter for that purpose anyway. There are a few schools that may request a non-science LOR, where math would be appropriate.

One bit of possible luck is that AADSAS counts Math as a Science as far as GPA purposes, so I'd call the schools and see if that would count. I'd definetly think having that one Organic letter would make the other one being math a lot more feasible.

I've been under the impression that science LOR's are from Bio/Chem/Physics courses. Aside from your Ochem professor I'd try to get at least one more letter from a B/C/P professor just in case.
