I didn't see any obvious answer to this question, but it seems like a pretty straightforward one.

I go to a school that has no pre-medical committee, so do I send my letters in a "letter packet" or each separately as "individual letters."

I think a letter packet would be cheaper, but it seems like a weird way to do it since you choose a primary author and then add the others afterward. Since none of my letters is more important than any other, this kind of makes it seem like I'm missing something. I go to the University of Washington (or did), so if anyone has specific insight there I'd appreciate it.

I keep meaning to call up the career center but have forgotten the last 3 days straight so I figure this will at least remind me and possibly even help!

You can do what ever you want. The letter packet is talking about a committee letter.

I think most people in your situation submit individual letters - it'll give you more flexibility in assigning letters to schools/meeting their specific LOR requirements (for example, some schools want a MAX of 3 letters while others want a minimum of 3-4, etc...) If all of your schools participate in the AMCAS process for LORs, you can use the AMCAS Letter Writer Application which is free (as opposed to interfolio, which most certainly is not).

👍 This is the important part.

Thanks guys, individual it is! Seems a lot easier that way anyway.
