One of my writers asked me to give her a recommendation form, however for dental school there aren't any forms for them to fill out.

Are there any instructions or formats that I should advise my writer or will it be basically whatever they want to write about and in what ever style the want to write it?

I think its whatever style they want. I don't remember there really ever being an available format. She doesn't need a rec form if she's submitting it online and if she mails it, give her the matching form to directly mail it to AADSAS.
