I am a MS-IV wading thru the ERAS process right now. What is the concensus about sending a LOR written by a faculty member (ie the program director) back to that residency program when applying?
Essentially I'd be sending his letter he just wrote for me back to him.
The problem is, I am applying to PM&R programs and have only had limited opportunities to do PM&R rotations, and thus limited opportunities to ask physiatrists for LORs.
What are your thoughts? Please help.
