I currently have lettesr from

1 ochem professor, 1 research professor/advisor, 1 doctor i shadowed and 1 non-science professor

My question is do I need one more from a science professor? Does my research prof count as the 2 required science letters?

I think you need another science letter. You could contact the schools and see if it counts, but I think schools are looking for letters from science faculty that had you in class.

You will need another science letter, but every school has slightly different requirements. A PI's letter typically does not count for 2 letters.
