Yes, typically its 2 science, 1 non science. I find the non science letter is more important for those high stat, hard-core science geek candidates with too much research and not enough evidence ot interpersonal or social aspects needed for medicine. Double check each school’s website for better description of what letters they want than MSAR

Sounds good. At the moment, I do not have any good non-science LOR, is it possible to submit the app in June (with all the LOR I have thus far), then add a non-science letter during fall quarter, around November perhaps?

Even though AMCAS runs the letter service, the AMCAS primary is totally separate. You can submit primary application without letters. LORs need to be in with secondary at each school
