So I will put together a list of LOR requirements from the various dental schools. I will update this list periodically. Hopefully, this will be useful for many.

Creighton
1 from pre-professional advisory committee
OR
2 letters from science professors and 1 from non-science


UIC
1 from pre-professional advisory committee
OR
2 academic, 1 of which should be a science professor's recommendation, and 1 from another person


Indiana University
2 letters from science professors and 1 from another professor


UDM
1 from pre-professional advisory committee
OR
2 letters from science professors in the prerequisite areas


UMN
2 from science professors and 1 from an employer


UMKC
1 from pre-professional advisory committee or pre-dent advisor
OR
3 letters (no preference who their from)


U. of Neb.
None required, but recommended


Case

OR
2 from science professors


UPitt
3 letters from science professors in the prerequisite areas
 
Barron's lists the LOR requirements for each school in their guide to medical and dental schools. If you have this, or reference it, I would recommend that you double check with the school(s) as requirements may have changed since the last printing.

i got this directly from the schools' website...i didnt see that in Barron's, maybe i missed it.
 
The application on AADSAS is also a good source to determine LOR requirements for schools. Download the instructions, and each school's application requirements (including fees, LORs, supplemental apps, etc) can be found starting on page 20.
