LOR requirements and limits

The schools I want to apply to have different requirements for LOR, for example 2 science prof+1 dentist, or 1 science+1 non science+1 dentist, or 3 science, or 2 science+1 community service.

If you have been counting that is 6 different letters I need. My first question is do you think the schools would count a science professor in place of a non science professor, or a dentist in place of the third science professor? So far I have 2 science professors, a dentist, and a community service letter. I want to know whether or not I need to be working on a non-science and another science letter to meet my requirements.

Also if I do need to end up getting 6 letters, I was told that AADSAS only allows 4 letters...but I would need 6 to meet all my requirements. Would I have to send the letters directly to the school? Because I heard schools don't like to have to deal with that.

There have been some talk on here that with this upcoming cycle, AADSAS will let you select which school receives which particular letters.
