Is there a LOR service that makes it easier for me to submit these letters? Or does all letters need to be mailed sep.? Whats the best way to send out LORs?
Thanks in advance

A lot of people use http://www.interfolio.com. It costs $5/letter, but it certainly makes it easier on people writing for you. Interfolio is also convenient for storing letter for later use. It also can guarantee schools that you haven't seen the letter. I recommend it, but you can just have your recommenders send out separate ones if you want. I wanted to make it as easy as possible for them, so I used interfolio. This way I can add schools if necessary at a later time and use the same letters without having to contact the writer again.

Interfolio.com is the service you'll want to use if you don't have a service provided by your university. Do a search, there's been some threads about Interfolio recently.

Interfolio is not $5 per letter. It is $5 per mailing (no letter limit) for basic USPS regular mail. $9 per mailing for USPS Priority Mail (1-2 days). There are faster and more expensive options too.
