LOR Shadowing proof

I know that Tufts used to have a requirement that your dentist put in proof of at least 40 hours of shadowing in the LOR, but I couldn't find information related to this on their website anymore. Did they change it and is it okay to not include this on the letter?

Why would your LOR from a dentist not comment on the amount of hours you spent there?
