I've gotten agreement from 2 professors and a dentist, to write me a LOR, and I would like them to submit them by June 1st, or soon after.

What's the best way to plan for this?

I know the AADSAS doesn't open up for the 2012 cycle until June 1st, so I am wondering how I can give them instructions so that they are ready by then.

You might want to give them specific instructions from 1 to n otherwise they might have trouble meeting your timeline.

After you create your application on AADSAS, you can enter in your letters of recommendation (you just enter in the contact info for them). The easiest way for them to submit the letters to AADSAS is the electronic option. Basically you put in the writers name & email address, then AADSAS emails them instructions on submitting the letter. They can upload it electronically, or if they are complete technophobes there is an option for them to mail it. Mailing takes longer of course but since it will take AADSAS a few weeks to process your transcripts you will have some time. Your priority when creating your app is to get your transcript matching forms printed and sent, and your LOR information sent. After that you can take your time polishing your app before submitting.
