Has anyone written a LOR by themself, and had the dentist or prof. read over it and have it signed??

There are a few people here who have done this. Some dentists/professors don't have the time and choose to have the applicant write it and they sign it. 🙂

Yeah, my dentist had me write my own LOR and then he signed it. I gave him a pre-addressed and stamped envelope.

i think it's pretty typical, since many of them are pretty busy.
