I got my LOR from the attending on my last rotation. It was a nice letter, but there was a simple typo in the letter. I sent an email, politely asking him if he thought it should be corrected. he said to just correct it myself with pen! I'm a little bummed about it. What will a program director think about my LOR? I have an eamil copy I can correct and put into my ERAS, but the original letter is on school letterhead. does it really matter?
