committee letter vs individual letter. which one is better?

I think they're both the same, except in the committee letter, you can include a lot more letters from a lot more people. Depends on if your school will do it (mine didn't) and if you think you can make use out of having 7 letters I think? in the committee LOR. The dental schools don't care at all, though. As long as they're good, substantive letters, not the cookie cutter ones with the wrong names and wrong gender pronouns...hah. Good luck!
