Hello, I have 2 LOR's at the moment and will be applying to the upcoming match on september 15th. I will get a third LOR in september while I am showcasing in the field of my choice, anesthesia. I wanted to know if its ok to submit the two I have and submit the third one by end of september as I will get one during that showcase slot. Thanks for any advice in advance.

I was curious about how you had the two LORs. Did you just receive sealed envelopes and were planning on basically putting them into second envelopes and sending them to ERAS when the application opens? Or did you have them sent to your dean's office?

I will have also two letters completed by the end of next week and was planning on having them sent to the dean's office to hold them and send them to ERAS once it opens. I wasn't sure if I am doing this the right way since there's no Interfolio like when we applied to medical school.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can clarify this for me😍

Have your attending (or more likely his/her secretary) send them directly to your dean's office. I wouldn't recommend being the middle man between your attending and your dean's office. Also, you cannot submit your own letters to ERAS. Either your attending has to do it or your dean's office has to do it.

thanks for the advice!

Hey yea sorry for late response, I have a form I give to the attending and it had instructions for them on how to send it to my deans office and then my deans office notifies me when they receive it. Hope this helps.
