LORs from different docs in same practice?

I work in the ER and had two different doctors, on separate occasions, offer to write me an LOR. Just because they offered me first, even before I asked, I'm assuming they'll be strong letters. Would it be redundant to submit both? Both MDs, but one is also the medical director for our ER, if that makes a difference.

I had a letter from two MDs in the same department, and they consigned a single letter from the department. I think it just depends on what the director of the department wants.
