Hello,

If a US-citizen IMG did all of his/her rotations in a non-US hospital, and subsequently gets LORs from doctors from such a hospital,,,,, is this good/bad/doesn't matter?

It depends on your medical school. If your medical school is Agha Khan or AUB then the letters do matter and they would be good. Otherwise, it won't matter.
