LORs-how long are they suppose to be PENDING?

My AADSAS was submitted at the end of the first week of July. One of my LORs was sent around then and was received and it showed that right away. My other 2 letters were not sent until the second/third week of July but they are still showing as pending!?

Did the first letter just get processed so fast because it was earlier in the cycle or have they really not gotten my other letters yet? Just getting a little worried since I have been verified for a week and should be mailed out in the next 2 weeks and want everything to go together.

Anyone else having LOR status issues?

hmm, seems like you didnt request ur advisers to send ur LOR electronically, if ur advisers sent our ur LOR electronically, the pending status will become 'Received' immediately.
If they sent ur LOR by mail, it will take a while. AADSAS is really slow!!!!

hey thanks for the response! and uh oh, yea they're doing it my mail. It's the first year they're offering this esubmit stuff so I wasn't sure and had them use mail instead but now that its' taking awhile I'm getting worried. For others that didn't use esubmit and their profs mailed letters in the last 2 weeks, are you guys still seeing pending for LORs or has yours been recieved?

i had one prof do it via mail and it was taking so long (over 3 weeks) that i deleted him from the LOE list, readded him under electronic submission and it was a done deal. AADSAS just takes forever

my DAT isn't until aug 16th now so by the time the schools get those they should def. have the letters and hopefully the printouts will be mailed out by then too cuz i think i read that it takes ~2 weeks for the DAT scores to be mailed out so that's putting me right at about september for when schools should have everything. I guess I'm just trying to see if AADSAS is being slow with mine or if my profs letters got lost or what. If it's not there by the end of this upcoming week I think I'll consider the esubmit cuz i still have so much time for it to catch up with my DAT stuff...right? please correct me if my timeline understanding of this stuff is wrong?
