OK, sorry for my ignorance, but I can't resist.

The AMCAS seems to be pretty rigid and gives me the impression that the only chance you have to submit LOR's is along with the primary and that once you submit the primary getting LOR's can't be added.

Is that wrong? Can they still be sent with secondaries?

No, you don't have to turn in letters with primary. Just don't assign any letters to medical schools when you submit your primary for verification. You can go back and add letters to schools specifically when you recieve your secondary application. You just have to hit "submit application" on the AMCAS application to save any changes.

I added every letter to every school, but I've yet to release any of my letters so AMCAS hasn't received any of my letters when I submitted my primary. Is this a big deal?

so it isn't necessary to submit the information on the LORs in the LOR section in the primaries?
