LORs..plz help

I did a stupid thing and waived all my LORs. Hence, have none in hand except one. What is the best way to go about getting them in hand. Can I ask the letter writers to send me a signed copy?
Please advice.

.......You are SUPPOSED to waive seeing your letters....and they go on your ERAS, so why would you need them "in hand?"
