So most program requires 3-4 LORs, usually 1 should be from anesthesiologist. But does it matter if all 3 or 4 of them are from anesthesiologists or is it too much?

I think at least one should be from a non-anesthesiologist. I'm not sure if this is a formal requirement, but I think it's good to show you can do well on other rotations.
