LORs - Where to send them when I need them next cycle?

Hi,

I am currently doing a summer research internship and want to ask my PI for a LOR at the end of it. I am applying next cycle in the Summer of 2011. So my question is, where do I ask him to send it? My school does not do committee letters and doesn't have a letter service (they closed it this year unfortunately...). Can I send them to interfolio or AMCAS so soon or will it delete them when the current cycle is over?

Set up an interfolio account and send them there. AMCAS does not store letters.
