Many schools have specific LOR requirements such as science, academic, etc.
I am doing research in a lab, and have taken class credit under the course code Biomedical Research (BMS4905) for multiple semesters.
Would a letter from my PI qualify as a science letter, even though I was not student in the classroom, but earned credit towards my GPA?
Also,
I am affiliated with a club at my school, and our faculty advisor is a lecturer/Associate dean of Education at my school. Would a letter from him, even though I didn't take his course qualify as an Academic letter?
Thanks! Looking forward to hearing people's LOR experiences with these specific scenarios.
