Is there a form that Optomcas sends to your professors/optometrist directly? Or do we tell them to write a general one?

it should say in the optomcas faq. there's a few forms you print out from optomcas after registering the letter writer with optomcas under the LOR section. if your writer plans on supplying a letter online, then there are no forms to print, just get their email address.
