Lots of score variability in NBMEs -- what can I expect on the real test?

I did NBME 15 a week ago, got 235 on it. I was deficient in a few subjects (mostly neuro + micro) mostly because I did not read those sections in FA yet (except going thru DIT once on everything). I just did NBME 13 and got 259 on it. I still have 6 days left before the real thing. Is it worthwhile to do another NBME so that I can solidify my score (so that I have a better idea of what score to expect), or should I just focus on reviewing from now (I still have lots to review)? I still have around 300 questions left in UWorld.

Thanks

I would say squeeze one more in.... but within the next 2 days... you don't wanna take an NBME within 3-4days of your exam... that time should be used to gather your thoughts and lightly review troublesome or weakest areas.

i will be extremely happy with a 240+. Anyone else have this happen to them (a large improvement so close to the real deal) + how did they do on the real thing?
