Low DAT..Need advice!!

Hey everyone!!

I took my DAT today a couple of hours ago (for the 2nd time!!)...BUT, my scores went down instead of increasing 🙁

I really need some advice on what to do. I feel like such a loser!! I have applied to 15 schools, and I'm pretty sure that they're not gonna take me - or even grant me an interview once they look at these..I never studied for the test last year - all I did was take a Kaplan diagnostic - the one they offer at each school every other month or so)..but I studied for a month for today's test and this is what I got:

Last year / this year
AA 17 / 16
PAT 16 / 23 (99% - I guess I just lucked out on this section!!)
QR 17 / 15
RC 19 / 15 (8% - God knows what went wrong, but I just couldn't focus!😴)
Bio 15 / 15
Gchem 18 / 16
Ochem 16 / 15
TS 16 / 16

Please please please help me out!! I really need some advice about what I should do. I am planning on adding a bunch more schools to my list and re-re-taking the DAT in December, but wouldn't it be a little too late??

Also,
I graduated this year with a gpa of 3.45 - which is not any good either!!

You just need to study alot more. If you look at most people on this site they have been going through the books for 2 to 3 months for 6 to 8 hrs a day. I think if you put all the time you can then you will rock it in dec. And if you do that then you will still have a chance my brother took his DAT Retake in Feb and got into UoP but he got a 26. So just bust your butt and hit the books.

You need to study long and hard for this test Root Canal, one month will not cut for most of us mortals.

You are loking at your third attempt now, so I would really put in a solid 4 months MINIMUM before taking it again. It should take at least a couple weeks just to get through destroyer properly alone, for the first time! You should be pulling 19+ on the Topscore and Achiever practice tests before you sit for the real deal again. Show those schools what you're really made of and kill that test!

apply anyway and see what happens. In the meanwhile try doing a retake.

I guess I'm just gonna apply to a bunch more schools today and then stick my butt back down to my study chair!!
Any suggestions on what schools to apply to??

Those scores are very similar to mine.
