What are my chances?
Hey everyone! i am hoping for some solid feedback about what I can improve and if I still have a shot for this cycle or next. Be brutally honest please.
Currently on first gap year working at a large pharmaceutical company doing aseptic drug production work.
Graduated in June 2018 with a BS in Biomedical Engineering.
23 y/o White Male
GPA: 3.74, sGPA: 3.74
MCAT: 515
Experience:
- 150 hours of shadowing physicians of various specialties with the largest percentage being orthopedics
- Full-time research fellow for summer at large local hospital.. involved engineering ideation to innovate patient treatments and care practices
- Volunteer on nursing units of different local hospital 3-4 hours a week for 5 months
- Volunteered at local rescue mission helping with organization and distribution of donations for a total of 40 hours
Non-relevant experience:
- GE Solar Internship
- Autotask Corporation QA
- College football and baseball for two years each

Your ECs are too weak and you will be crowded out by stronger candidates. You need to double those volunteering hours. No more shadowing!
Once that's out of the way, I suggest:
