low pcat and accepted?

for anyone who got low pcat scores, what was ur score and/or where did u get in!!!..this will be extremely helpful, i havnt taken my pcat yet but i will in june, and i'm almost positive i;m gonna do horrible on it!!!!...my gpa is average around a 3.5, and the schools that dont require pcat are either too far or need an extremely high gpa, or they dont accept transfers. so anyway this will help me alot so i know where to apply!!!!!!!!!!...thank you so much 🙂

How low is low? 3.5 GPA is around average for many pharmacy schools so other factors may make up for a low PCAT.

Chem 123, Why wil you be negative even before taking the test? Don't you know this will play a big role in how well you study and how well you do overall?

Don't you know a good attitude can mean the borderline between passing and failing.

Go out there and take the test, the worst that will happen is do it again and for sure you are not the first person neither will you be the last to retake this kind of a test but the difference can be your attitude.

Brother/sister go out there and do what you gotta do with your heads up and beliving in yourself. (Too much preaching already😀,where is my money).

Keep in mind that you can also take it again in August and October. If you study hard enough, there's no reason you can't get your PCAT score up. Your GPA indicates you've done pretty well in your pre-req classes. That's all the knowledge you need.

I know someone that got into a florida school with a 24 on their chemistry portion of PCAT, but she had a 3.9 GPA and finished all her pre-reqs in 2 years. I also know of people who got around the 50's and still got in. Just dont think you will get into the big name schools with an sub-par/average PCAT.

Where are you planning on applying. I got into USC with a 3.5 sci/3.59 cum. They don't require PCAT.

i wnana apply to schools around the east coast, is USC university of south carolina or U of southern california.

He is talking about Southern California. I guess you know yourself best but 50%? seriously man!? Get a study guide and study, if you have a 3.5 gpa in your prereqs then it can't be that hard to get above an 80% unless you can not read the English language.
